eProduction Solutions UK Ltd Wins Subsea Production Control System Award

eProduction Solutions UK Ltd, formerly CAC, has been awarded a contract to provide a subsea control system for the Marathon operated Braemar Field Development. The order for The Braemar Subsea Control System comprises a multiplexed electro-hydraulic control system to operate and monitor a single subsea well, including capacity to allow for future expansion to control and monitor up to three additional wells. Subsea equipment includes Subsea Control Module, Subsea Umbilical Termination Unit, SCM Mounting Base, and Jumpers.

The system will be ROV retrievable and installable, and designed to be controlled from the Marathon operated East Brae Platform over a 12.5km step out.

The topside equipment to be supplied by eProduction Solutions UK Ltd includes a Master Control Station, Hydraulic Power Unit, and Electric Power Unit, all of which will be installed on the East Brae Platform.

The order will be delivered in March 2003, 26 weeks from contract award date.

eProduction Solutions UK Ltd adds Marathon’s Braemar to the Company’s rapidly growing track record for Subsea Control Systems. This contract further establishes the Company as a leading supplier in the Subsea market as well as one of the major suppliers of Topside Control Systems.
