CAC Stainless Steel Polished Rod Load Cell Overview

eP’s CAC Stainless Steel Polished Rod Load Cell utilizes the latest sensor technology. It brings both accuracy and durability to the harsh environment of an oil well site. The instrument is constructed of 300 series stainless steel and is hermetically sealed (nitrogen gas filled). This design makes it completely immune to salt spray and unaffected by H2S. The sensor’s construction minimizes the adverse effects of impact loading and ensures long-term stability. It is also equipped with a lightning suppression circuit. Each of these sensors is thoroughly tested to meet performance specifications. Calibration is traceable to the National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST). To permit direct interchange with load cells in existing controllers, the CAC Stainless Steel Polished Rod Load Cell may be ordered in several variations of connector style, capacity (10 K, 15 K, 30 K, or 50 K), and output sensitivity.CAC Stainless Steel Polished Rod Load Cell
