Hydraulic Power Unit Workover Control Panel
I.D. NO. 9801-1
The hydraulic power unit generates hydraulic pressure at 3 different levels for supply to the workover control panel.
- Each supply header has a flow meter/totalizer fitted.
- The workover control panel supplies pressure via manual control valves to control of all the functions associated with the Workover, and provide common ESD headers as required.
- The unit has a total of 36 functions with 6 functions for double acting valves or lock/unlock functions.
- The layout is a pigeon hole arrangement, labeled 1 to 36.
- Mimic plates are mounted adjacent to the control valves with different functions and labeled accordingly with the valve function number.
- The unit is containerized, with all controls being performed inside the unit.
- The workover control panel is fitted with a male multi-way stab plate for connection to the workover reeler via a jumper umbilical.
- Connection to all other supply/return jumpers is via quick disconnect couplings (male half fitted to the panel).
- The HPU/workover control panel is supplied with certified lifting equipment.
