Overview of Service, Spares, Support, and Training for Control Systems
The key ingredients to the successful implementation of any field service startup, commission and availability are service, support, and the supply of spare parts.
These services are available on an individual basis or as part of a TVM (Total Vendor Maintenance) program that may be required by the customer. eP has established the service and technical support Group which focuses on maintenance and customer care.
As part of our level of commitment, eP can offer service and technical support groups; available from a strategically installed network of international offices and locations.

Training for Control Systems
Training, Organization, Skills and Technology
For automation-optimization to be successfully used, the skills of the users and the organization of the resources must be established. There must be a combination of the right technology used by personnel with the proper skills in an organization structured to take advantage of the technology and skills.
eP works to assure that combined organization, skills, and technology are adequately included in implementation of our solutions. To help with the organizational structure eP can maximize the usage of their automation systems by arranging site visits with existing customers to see how they are organized to maximize the usage of their automation systems. To assure that all the personnel acquire the skills to derive the maximum benefit from the software, eP provides training on all of the components of our solutions as well as general optimization training for specific types of artificial lift.
Including training in your field optimization plans is a low risk action that pays off in both the short and long term. The immediate benefit is in having your field staff operating more efficiently. In the long term, you can realize the economic benefits of lower field operational costs.

Maintenance & Inspection for Control Systems
Field Service
eP can respond to any break down or shutdown service requirement for all hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic type equipment. eP technicians based at various locations worldwide can be mobilized globally. Accurate assessments can be made of equipment faults, rapid acquisition of spares and repairs carried out with a minimum of down time.
Maintenance services can also be carried out on site for de-commissioned or stand-by equipment. eP service is not limited to CAC originated equipment but extends to all manufacturers.
Planned - Preventative Maintenance (PM)
eP offers fully managed preventative maintenance packages, tailored to suit customer needs. The company’s technical team can assess, develop, monitor or repair your equipment, where economically viable. Based on the statistical and economics to repair.
Annual Maintenance
These programs involve the development of a complete maintenance package pertaining to client control equipment. Each control unit is listed with its inventory of components and a maintenance schedule is developed. Depending on the complexity required by the client a spares and manpower charter is drawn up. eP will then manage the program and execute the maintenance.
Monthly Maintenance
These are smaller programs dedicated to specific pieces of control equipment that require routine checking. eP technicians will carry out routine inspections and minor maintenance and then provide the client with feedback reports highlighting problems and recommending specific action.
Shut-Down & Turn-Around Maintenance
Specialized maintenance teams can be deployed to carry out overhauls during temporary shut downs and planned unit turn-arounds. Tasks can be linked to highlighted problems from PM programs.
Periodic Testing Inspection & Overhaul
Based on manufacturers recommendations and experience eP develops visit schedules to inspect and test critical control equipment. This provides a valuable tool to increase reliability and planned shutdowns.
Service & Support for Control Systems
Customer support is very important to eP to facilitate the success of our production optimization solutions. For that reason, our support is well trained on all of our product and service offerings. They are involved in all of the stages of a customer’s solutions implementation. Being involved with the customers during the early stages ensures that the support staff is well versed with each customer and their particular system.

Installation
Utilizing the services of eP to install your system affords continuity and avoids conflict over areas of responsibility covering warranty.
Pre-Commissioning
eP commissioning engineers are available for system start-up, ensuring complete client confidence in the system, with the knowledge that eP personnel are present through to completion of the system.
Total Vendor Maintenance (TVM)
eP offers inspection, ad hoc, planned and Total Vendor Maintenance (TVM) packages individually structured to customer requirements. Maintenance services can also be carried out on site to de-commission or stand-by equipment.
Flushing
The operation and cleanliness of any system is critical for optimum performance. eP is able to offer flushing services for all applications up to NAS 1638 Class 6.
Pressure Testing
Available in a combined package or independently with test facility capable of hydro-testing to 40,000 psi
Accumulator Re-Certification and Repair
eP offers the complete accumulator testing, repair and re-certification service, including preparation of written schemes for equipment examination.
Safety Inspection Programs
As standards change, eP has up-to-date safety inspection procedures and reports to satisfy customer compliance with current legislation.
Field Service
From global locations eP has the ability to mobilize fully qualified service managers and technicians to achieve accurate assessments of equipment faults, rapid acquisition of spares and repairs carried out with a minimum of down time.
Workover Control Systems
Equipment and Technicians
eP has invested in a range of multi-functional workover control systems, reelers, and associated equipment to complete our fleet of rental equipment.
eP is able to supply workover completion equipment rented on a per well or thirty day basis with up to thirty-six hydraulic functions supplied per system, together with multi-disciplined service technicians for operation and maintenance of the system.

To ensure our customers long-term reliability and trouble free installation on-site of both eP and third party equipment, eP can offer Stack-up Testing at our facilities. Equipment is hooked-up and tested by eP's fully qualified service technicians using a comprehensive range of dedicated test equipment supplied, manufactured and maintained to ISO 9001:2000 standard by eP.

Total Vendor Maintenance Package (TVM)
eP maintains a dedicated department in each of their manufacturing facilities for the supply of spare parts, repair kits, tube fittings, pipe fittings and various components used in the fabrication of control systems, as well as installation items for control systems.
Spare Parts Management can also be included under the Total Vendor Maintenance Package, and eP has the purchasing power to ensure our customers receive the most competitive prices and fast-track delivery.
