Installation/Workover Control Systems

eP provides a comprehensive range of Workover and Control Systems (WOCS) to meet the requirements of Conventional Dual Bore and horizontal completions in all water depths. All of our systems are available for rental on either a daily or per well rate basis.

This flexible approach allows eP to provide cost-effective solutions from single well interventions or completions to large deepwater, multi-well developments anywhere around the world.

eP offer service support and maintenance capabilities globally from our well established manufacturing and support bases located in Europe, Middle East, and the Far East.

Workover Control Systems for Conventional Dual Bore Completions

WOCS for conventional dual bore completions provide direct hydraulic control of tree functions and a failsafe pilot control system for the lower marine riser package (LMRP). Direct hydraulic control is provided for tubing hanger running tool (THRT) functions. Options are available to provide simple hydraulic interlocking of LMRP and tree functions to ensure correct sequencing of the valves in the vertical flow path and prevent inadvertent closure of tree valves on coiled tubing or wire line.

Hydraulic power unit and workover control panel
Workover reel and umbilical
Tubing hanger reel and umbilical
Umbilical sheaves
Jumper umbilicals
Fluid sampling kit
Hose swage machine

Workover Control Systems for Horizontal Completions

WOCS for horizontal completions provide direct hydraulic control of the tree running tool (TRT) and tree functions. An emergency disconnect unit installed on the lower marine riser package (LMRP) and blow out preventer (BOP) enables disconnection of the workover umbilical at the LMRP/BOP interface.

Options are available to operate and monitor tree functions via the TRT during installation, and test/monitor the DHPT following installation of the tubing hanger.

Emergency disconnect unit
ROV/diver flying lead jumpers from BOP to tree
Umbilical sheaves
Jumper umbilicals
Fluid sampling kit
Hose swage machine
