Configuring the Right System for Your Field
eProduction Solutions has the experience, technology, and organization to provide a solution that best fits your field. Currently over 50,000 wells in more than 100 fields are using eP technology for full or partial field solutions.
Most projects follow the following steps.
- The first step in creating a solution is a consultation with a technical project manager. Our project managers experience and knowledge insures that your solution is implemented in a way that fills your needs. After that initial meeting, the specific needs of your field are captured in a project plan for review and finalization. Working with you, the project manager creates a scope and sequence document that details the step-by-step process in delivering the solution.
- Once the plan is complete, the solution is assembled and the technicians prepare a factory acceptance test (FAT), and a site acceptance test (SAT). During this time you are able to assure that the solution performs in the manner expected.
- After the final test an acceptable time is set for the cut over and the start of the solution. Training is a critical component of the solution. eP has some of the most knowledgeable trainers available to assure that each user of the solution will be able to gain maximum benefit from the solution.

Green/Brown Field Applications

Reservoir Monitoring
The reservoir monitoring solutions include 4-D seismic, measuring production across the sandface, flow allocation, and water management. Downhole optical sensors coupled with surface analysis tools provide operators with precise and current information of the reservoir’s dynamics. Software
Field production rate is determined by the efficiency of the total production system. This is comprised of reservoir, wellbores, and surface equipment in combination with contractual or regulatory production limits. The production rate varies over field life as the properties of the individual elements change.
