i-DO^® 2011 Software

i-DO software is a one-stop shop for asset teams designed to help oil and gas producers achieve their real-time optimization and analysis objectives. It provides full access to key information to enable an integrated team to maximize value from their asset by providing automated workflows, continual optimization, prediction and identification of crucial issues in a very clear, visual form.

The i-DO platform aggregates data from multiple disparate data sources, including production-well testing, real-time data, corporate targets and modeling data. The program uses this data to run multiple automated petroleum-engineering workflows to produce an up-to-date view of the asset production performance and intelligent recommendations for optimization.

The integrated optimization engine continually analyzes and optimizes the asset in real time using all of the available information to decide, for example, whether a production-well test is valid, or if a well is starting to experience issues. It then provides ranked issues with recommended solutions. By automating the daily key processes in an asset and providing an intelligent optimization solution, i-DO software enables engineering teams and management personnel to concentrate on critical issues with expert assistance to help decide the most appropriate actions.

The i-DO system provides a visualization layer to enable engineers and managers to go from a high-level overview of KPIs and the state of production at the precise moment to focus on the source of problems with just a few mouse clicks. All of the important information for a workflow is available in a single, clear visual screen that is contextually based and intuitively guides users through the various steps of workflows. The screens display the current state, in addition to predictions and recommendations for potential optimization gains. A built-in issue-tracking program enables engineers and managers to view the well's full history and provides a portal to work together on outstanding issues. The i-DO tracking program includes automatic, rule-based email notifications to keep users conscious of critical issues and enables collaboration via instant messaging, email, Microsoft Office and contextual links to other systems. Discussions over issues are recorded for future reference and are searchable. A reporting component gives users the ability to effortlessly gather relevant information and create management reports.
